✔ 60-Minute Semi-Private Session – $60/person
Bring a friend or partner and experience therapeutic movement in a small, supportive setting. Each session is tailored to your shared goals while honoring individual needs.
✔ 60-Minute Private Small Group (5 or more) – $40/person
Gather your group for a dynamic, accessible session focused on mobility, mindful strength, and functional movement. A great option for teams, retreats, or communities seeking wellness in motion.

Private sessions at Ignite can include heated yoga and Pilates, tailored to support your goals—whether you're looking to build resilience, improve flexibility, enhance recovery, or simply move with more mindfulness and intention.
Before our first session, you’ll need to complete a quick Consultation Form and Liability Waiver to help ensure safety, clarity, and alignment in our work together.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Sessions canceled within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Forms must be completed before your first session.
To provide you with the highest level of personalized care and to ensure space availability, we kindly ask that all bookings be made at least two weeks in advance. This lead time allows us to secure the studio, prepare your customized session, and ensure a smooth, focused experience.
