I’m Christina Scourlas—a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), therapeutic movement specialist, and integrative wellness practitioner. I help people restore alignment, build resilience, and reclaim a more sustainable path to well-being.

Rooted in both hospital-based critical care and advanced training in yoga and movement therapy, my approach blends science-backed care with mindful, intentional movement—offering support that is as compassionate as it is effective. Whether you’re navigating chronic pain, recovering from injury, or working toward greater strength and mobility, I meet you with a grounded presence and personalized strategies tailored to your body and goals.

With credentials as an RN, BSN and 500-hour certified yoga teacher (RYT-500), I specialize in yoga and Pilates-based movement therapy, functional strength, and mobility training that addresses the whole person. My clinical background in critical care nursing gives me a unique perspective on the human body under stress—and a deep respect for holistic, long-term approaches to healing.

My Journey

From ICU intensity to intentional healing—this path chose me.

My professional roots are in critical care, where I learned to assess the body with precision and navigate life-or-death moments with clarity and composure. But over time, I found myself burned out—disconnected from my own body, my purpose, and the deeper “why” behind the work I loved.

That rupture became my turning point.

I stepped away to heal—and in doing so, I studied yoga, movement therapy, functional wellness, and nervous system regulation. I began understanding how movement, breath, and awareness could restore not just the body, but the whole person.

Through that process, I learned how to support others from a place of empathy, strategy, and embodied care.

Now, my work bridges both worlds: the rigor of modern medicine with the restorative power of mindful movement. Whether I’m teaching a private session, working with someone post-injury, or supporting someone through pain, I bring a whole-person, clinically-informed lens to everything I do.
